Day 01 Arrival in Bali
Meet and transfer to your accommodation in Kuta or Nusa Dua or Sanur Hotel Indonesian dinner with talk on Balinese dance by a local cultural expert.
Day 02 Denpasar ( BLD )
after breakfast depart for Batubulan to watch Barong dance, one of the most complete dance seen from figures, dress and themes of Balinese dance. Batik making process. Indonesia is known or it's beautiful batik cloth, here you will learn in general the process of batik making. Your will have the chance to participate the process. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. After lunch continue your batik painting. Dinner on Indonesian menu at local restaurant, with talk on Balinese painting and carvings by local artist.
Day 03 Denpasar – Candidasa ( BLD )
Check-out hotel and breakfast, depart for Kamasan village, where you will learn about the oldest type of painting techniques in Bali. At one of the informal school managed by a senior local artist, where the tradition is transferred to the younger generations, you will have the chance to participate and study the basic technique. Toward lunch time depart for Candidasa for check-in and lunch. After lunch continue your participation in painting at Kamasan school. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Candidasa
Day 04 Candidasa ( BLD )
After breakfast at hotel, take a walk around the villages to have a glance on the life of local people. Lunch at hotel restaurant. Rest of the day is free for relax. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day 05 Candidasa – Ubud ( BLD )
After breakfast and check-out hotel, depart for Ubud with stop at Batuan village to learn about the typical techniques of painting, the second typical painting in Bali. Toward the lunch time depart for Ubud, check-in hotel and lunch. After lunch continue your painting activity at Batuan village. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Ubud.
Day 06 Ubud ( BLD )
After breakfast depart for Tengkulak Mas to learn on carving painting with a Balinese carver. Bali is famous for it's wood carving art, so you can see and try it here. Lunch will be served at local restaurant. After finishing the activity at the carver directly drive to Blahbatuh village to join Balinese traditional music instruments introduction. Here you will study the basic notes of the music and try a composition. Here you will also learn the basic movement of Balinese dance. Basic movement is called “ agem “ Starting from these agems that the whole movements of Balinese dance are combined and used to express the emotion following the intensifying and slowing temps of musical melody. Overnight at hotel in Ubud.
Day 07 Ubud ( BLD )
After breakfast, today we take a long tour crossing Bali mountain chain to Northern lowland of Bali that is Singaraja. En-route stop to see cultural and natural heritage of Bali, such as : Batur Crater view in Kintamani, a magnificent view of lake and mount Batur, then walk-up around 200 steps to the peak of Mt. Panulisan where ancient stone sculptures are preserved, which some of them originated from the year of 1000 AD. Lunch will be served en-route in Lovina Beach. After lunch back to Ubud via Bedugul highland crossing again Bali mountain chain and stop at Ulun Danu temple, a temple built on the bank of lake Beratan, and stop at Vegetable market in Bedugul. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Ubud. Watch wayang puppet show started around 19.00 at one of the local stage on the road side of Ubud.
Day 08 Ubud ( BLD )
Breakfast at hotel, then depart for Bona village to study bamboo weaving activity. Here bamboo become a popular materials for a nice and small handicrafts such as lamp-cap, lamp-shade, tissue holder, candle-holder, and various baskets works. Lunch will be served at local restaurant. After lunch continue your study on bamboo weaving. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Ubud.
Day 09 Ubud - Denpasar ( BLD )
Breakfast and check-out hotel, then depart for Bali countryside tour visiting traditional market of Mambal, butterfly park, and Jatiluwih beautiful rice terrace, and Batukaru temple, a temple located on the slope of second highest mountain in Bali. Lunch will be served at a restaurant built on a slope of a river with hot water spring. Kedaton monkey forest, and Tanah Lot temple. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Sanur/Kuta.
Day 10 Denpasar ( BD )
Breakfast at hotel. Free time for exploring Kuta by walk until 14.30 depart for Uluwatu and Kecak dance evening performance at Uluwatu steep drop temple. Dinner will be served at seafood restaurant on the white beach of Jimbaran. Overnight at hotel in Sanur/Kuta
Day 11 Denpasar ( B )
Breakfast at hotel, and full day free time. Overnight at hotel in Sanur/Kuta
Day 12 Departure ( B )
Breakfast at hotel, and free time until your transfer to airport for your return flight
