Day 01 Arrival in Medan, North Sumatera
Meeting service at Polonia airport, and transfer to hotel in the city of Medan.
Day 02 Medan – Gunung Sitoli – Telukdalam – Sorake Beach (BLD)
Early breakfast at hotel, then transfer to airport for your flight to Gunung Sitoli, the city in Nias island. Upon arrival at Binaka airstrip, depart for around 125 kms drive to Teluk Dalam in southern Nias and the center of Nias culture. With present conditions of the road takes around 4 to 5 hours driving on bumpy and winding roads. Dinner and overnight at Sorake Beach hotel, located on a nice beach, where you can swim and relax.
Day 03 Bawotaluwo and Hilimaetano tour (BLD)
After breakfast depart for Bawomataluwo village, built on a top of a hill. There are 480 stone steps lead up from the foot of the hill to the village entrance. Other traditional village of Hilisimaetano with it's row of magnificent stilt wooden house lines both sides of an open square. Both these villages have the stone jumping wall.An optional show can be arranged on extra costs. Dinner and overnight at Sorake Beach hotel.
Day 04 Sorake / Lagundri – Walohiu Beach Walk (BLD)
Breakfast at hotel, and then walk passing the traditional villages of in to the compound of Nias villages up to traditional village of Botohili and Botohilitano, and Walohiu beach where you can see the architecture of Nias houses. On the way you can see coffee, cloves and coconuts plantation, with the blue sky and hot sun, and continue our walk to Sorake beach a famous beach for surfing. Dinner and overnight at Sorake Beach hotel.
Day 05 Sorake Beach (BLD)
Breakfast at hotel, and free time for yourselves to explore the beach until Lagundri beach resort which is famous for surfing.
Day 06 Sorake – Teluk Dalam – Gunung Sitoli (BLD )
After breakfast at hotel, check out hotel and depart for Gunung Sitoli which arrive in the afternoon and transferred to the hotel. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Gunung Sitoli.
Day 07 Gunung Sitoli – Medan (BLD)
Breakfast at hotel, and free time until your departure to Medan by small plane. Upon arrival in Medan meet and transfer to your hotel. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Medan

Nias island is one part of Indonesia's island which is still not developed, road is damaged, air transport is simple, and land transportation is poor. Most of the villages are not connected with road for car, can only be accessed by foot. You must aware for this conditions most of the service except during you are at hotel, can not expect a professional and as other developed part of Indonesia, even for something that would what it be, for example money changer is still very bad. Some information are not correct anymore but some times are still informing the public. So you must be ready of this conditions, and your purpose of visiting, we strongly believed that is to know Nias' nature and culture for a true experience of a simple and just-free-name from primitive culture.
Flight from Medan to Gunung Sitoli using small plane, so it much consideration on the weather. If the weather is considered unfavorable to the flight, that it may be delayed until the situation is considered save.
