Restaurant as one of the important service and goods seller support the existence of travel business, aside from the lifestyle of the society. In traditional society meals are prepared at home by wife or mother. It is not an exception whatever developed the society is. Yet certain difficulties created by business situation forced the people to use the service of food vendors. Bali is not excepted by the situation. Restaurant or food catering services appears in significant number since 1980s. In Indonesia alone we can find various type of cuisines. The famous cuisines are Minang of west Sumatra, Bali, and derived from Chinese menu.
