island. Special for land transport Bali indeed follows the regulation of
central government, which classified the type of transportation relating to its
use. For public transportation which is managed by government of private must
use the yellow background registration plate, while the army uses green, and
the government staff uses red. While private car, car hire are given the background
of black color.
