Along jalan Legian is famous with it's night life, and fine private beaches until the year of 2000, when the people of Legian decided to open a road leading from the southern border of Legian village up to the northern border of Legian village. This road in fact has cut the privacy of beaches between all hotels in Legian Bali with the beach itself. Hotels in Legian Bali area are mostly middle class down and small hotels. Seen from category of Legian hotels Bali, they are mostly middle down, and plenty of them are simple and cheap Legian hotels bali, especially along jalan Pura Bagus Teruna and the short cut road from jalan Melasti. Most of hotels in Legian Bali are first class hotels, non star compared to central Kuta the number of this Legian hotels Bali type is far more smaller. The main problem for this area is the condition of the road, now can't be entered by bus with seat more than 20. For group staying at one of Legian hotels Bali, have to change into smaller car from Kuta station near the main road of Jalan Raya Kuta or Jalan Imam Bonjol. But Legian has fine and big number of shops with various products. This was the main reason of Legian people to open the road on the beach. The situation does not make it possible for the bus to enter the area.
