Brongto Hotel is located at Jalan Suryodiningratan No. 26 Yogyakarta 55141, which is originally an old house owned by a bourgeois and the house is still well preserved until today. Brongto Hotel was built on 2 hectares land which is exactly located at the south of Yogyakarta Palace an area where the member of bourgeois were living, as it is well known that the Sultan Palace is the start of the famous Malioboro road.

Brongto Hotel maintains 63 guiest room which are divided into 2 unit suite rooms, 24 deluxe rooms, 36 standard rooms and 1 family rooms. Most of guest rooms are in the setting of bungalows with private terrace and beautiful garden. Each room is decorated with furniture and lamp with typical Yogyakarta art works. Standard rooms are set in two story building with private balcony, 4 x 5 square meters room, 2 x 2 square meters bathroom. Maximum can accommodate 4 persons equipped with modern facilities such as air conditioner, telephone, TV, hot and cold running water, bathroom with bathtub.
Deluxe room set in bungalow each has private terrace, size 4 x 6 square meters, bathroom 2 x 3 square meters, can accommodate 4 persons equipped with air conditioner, telephone, TV, mini bar, bathroom with bathub hot an hot running water, and small garden.

Family Room only 1 unit in the style of a house has 2 bedroom covers 1 king size bed and 1 twin bed with vast living room separated from sleeping room. Size of the house 12 x 12 sq meters. Brongto Hotel has some great facilities such as Tirta Kencana Swimming pool available for children and adult pool, 65 seat Restoran Brongto Bujono restaurant with architectural design from old glory of Yogya kingdom, located on the side of the swimming pool separated by glass so one can watch the children swimming. Serve typical Yogyakarta food such as nasi remes, kelepon, and cenil, also European food serve in buffet or a la carte.
