Maya Ubud Resort and Spa has 108 rooms; 36 Superior, 12 Deluxe, 23 Superior Garden Villa, 34 Deluxe Pool Villa, 1 Pejeng Duplex Villa, 1 Petanu Presidential Villa. Maya Ubud Resort and Spa is Bali hotel sets in ten hectares of hillside garden. Each guest room and villa at Maya Ubud Resort and Spa offers spectacular views over the river valley or rice terraces. The villas have private gardens separated by tropical plantations and many have private plunge pool. All room at Maya Ubud Resort and Spa have en-suite bathroom, individually controlled air conditioning, TV with satellite cable, mini bar, IDD phone, in-room safe, tea/coffee making facilities, and hair dryer, DVD/CD player (Villas only). Each deluxe villa at Maya Ubud Resort and Spa   has its own private plunge pool. Indonesian heritage is presented with an eclectic collection of antiques in the open plan lobby of Maya Ubud Resort and Spa, the restaurant and suites. Modern Balinese style is reflected in the architecture of this Bali hotel with the use of thatched roofs, blending the building into the surrounding environment.
There are 2 accommodation wings at Maya Ubud Resort, one on the East and the other on the West side of the lobby. Each wing at Maya Ubud Resort has twenty four (24) rooms located on the three floors, eight rooms per floor, with four rooms on either side of the corridor. On each floor there are two connecting rooms (one twin and one double). Rooms in the east wing facer either up or down the Petanu river valley. Rooms in the west wing look out over the rice terraces of Peliatan.
Villas at Maya Ubud Resort; The villas stretch along the Eastern and Western boundaries of the property all surrounded by vibrant tropical gardens, flowering trees and coconut palms. The villas to the east face onto the Petanu River valley, while those on the west face the rice terraces of Peliatan.
