Family 5 rooms provide view of the sky slop from the room and balcony. The room features a separate bedroom for the parents and the children.

Each room is equipped with air conditioning, TV, private bath room with tub, telephone and sitting facilities. Suite and family room each can sleep 4 persons. The hotel is built in a low rise building with the view of Tuban town or main road of Jalan Kuta.

Tuban town previously part of Kuta central city which has been developing parallel with other parts of Kuta such as Legian, Seminyak and Krobokan. Since ther area of Tuban is not as big as other areas, the capacity of the development is not very big. The stretch of Tuban area is around 5 x 2 kms square, starting from international Ngurah Rai airport at the south, and Kuta Mall at the north, while the stretch of west - east starting from the beach to the bypass Ngurah Rai, the main road connecting Nusa Dua and North Bali. Tuban has 2 areas which are used for accommodation construction, one is along the area of jalan Kartika Plaza now known also as jalan Dewi Sartika, and the area along the beach which has good accommodations such as Balihai resort, Palm Beach Hotel, Kuta Paradiso, and Natour Kuta.
