If you arrived in Bali later 2.00PM the transfer is not feasible (3.5 hours + 25 minutes sailing boat), therefore this is not accepted. In case your flight is delayed due to airline problem we are not to be held responsible, as other effort from us we will try to find out room availability at one of Waka properties in Sanur or Ubud, than transfer you to Waka Shorea next day. Family plan child under 12 years free of charge sharing with parents. Check-out time 12.00 noon. Check-in time 01.00PM, Please note that transfer by boat only organized during day time, so in case you arrive at Ngurah Rai airport after 3.00PM it is better to stay in Denpasar.
