Batu Belig is a name of a region between Seminyak and Krobokan area, one part of recent Kuta area with still inspire wide open sphere. The name is also refers to a raod that leading from the town of Krobokan to the beach which was in the past used by Balinese to organize a ceremony on the holy temple called Peti Tenget, located on the beach. It was not only ceremony by local people but from deep villages of Kabupaten Badung which location is almost in the navel of Bali. Before 1960s the people were walking from dozens of kms to this temple with their belief that the place was so important in the traditional ritual. This is the fact the area and its unique beach is like having a magic spirit for them.
