Hotel Uyah Amed or Salt Lodge is located in Amed, East Bali, an area well known for its natural beauty, fantastic dive sites and traditional Balinese lifestyle. Hotel Uyah Amed is right on the beach and preserves the traditional production of salt from seawater. Hotel Uyah Amed is around 3,5 hour drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport or Kuta the famous beach for watching the sunset, around 4 hours from Nusa Dua tourist resort and Bali Golf and country club. It's approximate 2 hours drive to popular Besakih Temple, the mother temple in Bali and best accommodation for diver who want to dive around amed and Tulamben beach.

Our Hotel is equipped with a solar powered water heating system, which uses the mostly available sun and requires no electrical energy but makes use of the gravitation for distribution. There are plenty first rate Dive & Snorkel sites in and around Amed Sailing & Diving safaris (live aboard) are offered to Komodo Island, Lombok, Nusa Penida & Nusa Lembongan.
